The Journey of our FFS
The Boeing 737NG FFS was originally housed at Ansett Aviation Training facilities in Brisbane, Australia. The FFS was subsequently relocated to a purpose-build facility in Mascot, New South Wales. In early 2024, the FFS received certification from the Civil Aviation Safety Authority (CASA) and was operational for use after the relocation.

The Boeing 737NG FFS and Simulator Centre was successfully acquired from Regional Express Holdings Limited (Administrators Appointed) in March 2025 – a strategic move that cements Salus Sim’s position as a key market participant in full flight simulator hire services. The Simulator Centre houses a much sought-after 737NG Level D full flight simulator, reinforcing Salus Sim’s commitment to elevate pilot training accessibility and air safety in the Asia Pacific region.
The FFS was acquired by Rex Airlines for internal training purposes.
